We outlined a dynamic homepage experience to serve as the organization’s primary information hub, featuring real-time updates, news announcements, and direct access to essential employee services. Integrated feeds, policy links, and cross-departmental reports were included to ensure timely access to relevant content and strengthen organizational coherence.
Department-Specific Portals
Dedicated sub-portals for each department were recommended to support decentralized content management while maintaining global standards. These areas were designed to allow teams to independently update their resources, workflows, and announcements, fostering ownership and agility.
