The Solution We Presented

To address the organization’s challenges, we implemented a tailored solution powered by Microsoft Power Platform, integrating both Power Apps and Power Automate Desktop. The solution was designed to automate repetitive processes, enhance data visibility, and streamline approvals across departments.

Streamlining IT Service Requests
A custom Power App was developed to allow employees to easily initiate and manage IT service requests. The app integrated seamlessly with the organization’s existing SQL Server database to retrieve employee data, ensuring quick and accurate service initiation. Power Automate workflows routed requests for approvals, generated tickets, and provided real-time updates to stakeholders.

Efficient Gate Pass Management
For gate pass requests, we built a process that automated record creation in the QMC-MOI database. Power Automate handled user approval workflows and mandatory compliance checks, such as blacklist validation and VIP field handling. This ensured security compliance while maintaining operational efficiency.

Simplifying Hotel Reservations for Public Relations
A hotel reservation system was created, combining Power Apps and Power Automate. The app allowed Public Relations staff to manage reservation requests, trigger approvals, and generate official letters using Microsoft Word templates. Reservations were finalized with automated email notifications, enhancing communication with hotel partners.

Automating Data Recording with RPA
Using a third-party RPA tool, RPA Primo, we automated the extraction and recording of data from the Ministry of Finance website. This workflow eliminated manual errors and ensured timely updates to critical financial records.

Monitoring and Reporting Portal
To provide comprehensive oversight, we delivered an administrative portal for monitoring workflow statuses, addressing process bottlenecks, and generating detailed reports. The portal offered export options in CSV and PDF formats, ensuring accessibility for decision-makers.
